Shipping

All items are shipped via Australia Post and will be processed and shipped with in 48 hours.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with tracking details.

Delivery

Please allow between 3-10 days for delivery depending on your location.

All items are shipped from Moriac Victoria 3240.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns for change of mind within 21 days from the date of your order in accordance with the policy below.

  • Items must be in original condition, have not been used or washed and still have the swing tag attached
  • No returns on sale items
  • You will be given a refund for the total value of your item/s, excluding shipping, upon receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition
  • Exchange items will be processed as a refund. You will need to return the item for a full refund and then place and pay for a new order online for the item you wish to replace
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Tetbury Trading

For any faulty or incorrect goods, Tetbury Trading will cover the cost of return shipping.

  2. Item/s that you wish to return.
  3. Reason for your return
